This iphone theme is created by Slugworth  from www.modmyiphone.com. Really cool! You can also download it at here.

To use this skin you have to use something like iFuntastic and add a Demo App to the bottom left corner of your home screen (right above the phone icon). And replace the icon.png in the “DemoApp” folder of the attachment. The DemoApp icon i created is a hack that is used to see the entire background effect.
