The presented in the video shows two possible options for GPS integation. A wireless Wifi transmitter as well as a dock-connector adapter. It seems that this might just a concept application as the presenter states that this is a prototype only and that they need to await an SDK from Apple.

Something else that makes us think that this is just a concept application is that a similar demo video was posted back way back on January 9th, 2008.
